Time displayed on the forum

I am testing the MPNews server.  However, I could not make the time displayed on the forum correct.

It always shows the UTC time, not my local time (PST) for evey message I post.
Can someone help me on this issue?

When you setup the virtual server, there is an option for timezone.  If you go to the main admin page, click the Virstual Servers link to see the list.  Click "site details" for the particular site that is incorrect and then change the timezone setting.
 
New messages should now be correct timezone.
