With the SOHO or Corporate license you may create any newsgroups for your business and provide them to your customers. You can even charge for access - for exampel, as part of a customer support contract.
You may not host for others or "rent" virtual servers to others as I do with newsgrouphosting.com under the SOHO or Corporate license terms. If you want to host newsgroups for others, please contact us for license terms.
