How to find out what sort of license I have?
When I originally purchased my MPNews license from Mutant Penguin, it
was the top-level license, as that one was the only one that had all of
the features I wanted.

When MPNews5 came out from Mutant Penguin, I upgraded to the same set of
capabilities.

The licensing model appears to have changed with the MessagePixels
takeover of the product.  How can I find out what sort of license I
currently have, under MessagePixels's model?

This is important to me at the present time, because I have been
approached by the webmaster of another site; he is asking if I could
take over his forums, which are currently under phpBB, and merge them
with mine.  I have no wish to exceed the limits of my license, but if I
would not be doing so, I am perfectly willing to absorb his forums.
There are also some other forum operators who I would wish to approach
and offer them the same.  In all cases, I would be operating the forums,
as a single combined virtual server, not setting up separate virtual
servers with someone else administering them.

(This, incidentally, is also an example of why I would want to import
messages from a MBOX file, and also why being able to import and export
users via CSV, DIF, or some other standard format would be quite handy.)

Jeff, we will send you specific info on your licenses.

Basically the differences are as follows:

   Cache edition has been discontinued

Former "Home" edition is now SOHO edition

Former "Enterprise" edition is now Corporate edition, easily supports several hundred users, possibly more

New "Enterprise" edition has additional integration options, may be customized to specific needs
