First question:
We have installed MpNews in our test-environment to test the possible functionality in the software. There are some troubles with the authentication within the current Windows Active Directory. Via the 119 NNTP port it is possible to authenticate against the current Windows users. Unfortunatly it's impossible to login through the webconsole with these credentials. Does anybody know the solution?

Second question:
This is the replacement of an old newsserver. We want to synchronize once all the current newsgroups and messages to this new system. It's working, but he is not synchronizing everything. I can't figure out some groups are replicated, and others don't.

Third question:
I filled in the support-form on http://www.messagepixels.com/Contact.aspx to get more support. Also about the license we need. It's now more than 2 weeks ago and still no answer. Is that regular?
